If you are using RefWorks 3, you can install the RefWorks Citation Manager Add-in to insert citations from RefWorks into your Word 2016 for Mac documents. However, the Add-in does not work very well yet so you may want to consider using a tool other than RefWorks if you have a Mac with Word 2016.
If you are using RefWorks 2.0 (Legacy), you will not be able to use Write N Cite or the Add-in to insert your references into Word 2016 for Mac documents. You should find another alternative for formatting your references.
