To export citations from the library search tool into a citation management tool:
If you are at a list of results, look to the right of the title you want to export and click on the three dots. This will open up a menu of options including the ability to export to RIS/Zotero, RefWorks, EndNote and BibTex. RIS is a generic file format that should work with most citation tools. After saving the RIS file you will be able to import it into your citation management tool.
If you are at an individual title record, you'll see the RIS/Zotero, RefWorks, EndNote and BibTex icons in the "Send to" section of the record.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The citation export function is not always reliable. For example, it may import incomplete information. Always carefully check the data after importing it into your tool of choice.
